Disney starts this project after all the guests leave the park on 10/31 after the final Halloween party.

It's amazing to see how quickly they can change the park. We were there a few years ago during the transition and they were fast.

Yeah I have done late Oct-early Nov trips, and the change over happens seemingly overnight. Some things take a little longer.

On Nov 1 all of the Halloween decorations will be gone and some of the Christmas ones will go up. All the resorts and parks will have their Christmas decorations up about a week after Halloween.
