Does anyone know how to get in touch with Disney customer service? Their phone line doesn’t connect to a person and I reached out to their email help line 48 hours ago with no answer. Months ago I purchased park hopper tickets here in California, and have the QR codes confirming that, but in my Disney account it indicates that I only have single park tickets to California adventure. I don’t want to show up and be refused entry to Disneyland after spending $209 per ticket!

I have no answers or help or tips for you. But if you have not touched base and received an answer yet, maybe try posting this in the DisneyLAND forums. This is a pre trip report area, and most of them are Walt Disney World...may have better luck there.
