Disney car rental

Hello -

We're considering returning and/or renting from the Disney Car Care location. Have any of you done this? We were wondering if there is any type of Disney transportation to/from there to resorts?

thank you so much for posting this question because i was just about to ask the same thing. We were going to go with southern elegance, but to just rent a car from the airport to the care care center and then the car care center back to the airport will save me almost $60!!! Hope somebody responds to this.

Alama has a shuttle bus that can take you back to your resort.

Alamo and National (they are the same company!) have a courtesy shuttle that with take you to your resort and will come get you to take you the the CCC.

We've rented from the Car Care Center several times. At Fort Wilderness there is a dedicated phone in the lobby that we use the night before to call and set up the shuttle pick-up. They show up right on time and take us to get the car. After we are finished we return the car and the shuttle is usually waiting and we ride it right back. Have a couple of dollars handy--he has a tip jar on the dash.
