Disney Car Rental Pickup?

I have a car rental booked for one day (Wed) in the middle of our week at POP so that we can hit cocoa beach/orlando for the day. Does anyone know where the disney car rental centre is located and how I can get there from POP to pick up the car?

I believe it is located in the magic Kingdom area. If you are renting from alamo (national) I think they can arrange to have a van pick you up and take you to the rental area. We always pickup/dropoff our rentals at the Dolphin so we just plan an EPCOT or MGM afternoon and pick up the car on the way to or from one of these parks. Its real easy and Melissa is a sweetheart, also dropoff couldn't be simplier you just leave it with the Valet Parking never have to enter the resort

I think it's Alamo and National who are at the Car Care Center. I believe that both companies will come pick you up.

We had a car reserved for my dad and called the morning he checked out (he stayed 3 nites, and we stayed for 4 more days after that). They told us it was going to be an hour or two before we could get picked up. We were going to go to Cocoa Beach that morning - it was a Sunday so I think things got going later.

I hated to waste time waiting for them to pick us up, so we stopped at the concierge desk (we too stayed at POP). I asked them to get us the number of a cab - they asked what we needed one for and I told them about the car rental. They were very surprised that it was going to take that long so they actually sent Pop staff over in a van and took us there!!! So either way, you will be fine. They were very friendly.
