Disney Car Care Shuttle Service

How far in advance do I need to schedule my pick up to go to the WDW car care center? Can I do it the same day? Will they pick you up anywhere on WDW property or just at your resort? Thanks!

National Car Rental has an office located at the Car Care Center outside the Magic Kingdom and at the Dolphin Resort. Shuttle service to the Car Care Center is available from all resorts and must be reserved at least one hour in advance. National is open seven days/week from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm. The phone number is 407-824-3470 or 800-227-7368.

We have used their shuttle and it is very convenient. They will pick you up at the main check-in area at your resort.

In December, I made a same day reservation for the car care center. I called at 9:20 to reserve a spot on the shuttle, which picked up at SSR at 10:20 (so I just made the hour deadline). Very convenient and very prompt.
