Disney cancelled my Polynesian stay. So what can I expect next?

So I booked a room at the Polynesian resort (NOT villas) using reservation points for January 2021. The email I received said that Poly will not be open but that they will call me within 4 weeks of my stay to let me know what is available for the week I am to arrive. My main question is since I was originally staying at a deluxe resort will they keep me at a deluxe resort of equal or greater value? They won't put me at like All Star right?? I read it as the case for cash reservations but wasn't sure about using points? Anyone have experience with this? Were you called closer to the 4 week mark or closer to your arrival? Thanks!!

When they have been moving those at GF or AKL they have mostly moved to either nearby DVC or to Contemporary, so I would assume it would be similar. Might get a studio villa at Poly, or moved to GF, BC, YC or Contemporary, the open deluxes.

They will treat it like a cash booking.

The GF will also be open then, so it’s an option too
