Disney canceling park reservations?

I got a bunch of emails this morning regarding my October 2021 trip. I have a paid for confirmed DVC bay lake tower room, 2 5 day tickets with magic bands in hand and linked everything in my Disney account. I picked our park days and made reservations and everything looks fine, I have not changed anything. I tried calling but the wait was too long so I sent an email but what does this mean?

We noticed a change that impacts the eligibility of your theme park reservation in the Disney Park Pass system on 10/12/2021. Guests are required to have a ticket or pass valid for the same date as the park reservation and you no longer have a ticket or pass valid for admission on the date of your reservation.​

We wanted to make you aware that action is needed by 04/29/2021 to keep your reservation. You will need to link valid park admission to your My Disney Experience account. On 04/29/2021 your reservation will automatically be cancelled for Magic Kingdom park.​

If you call right when they open 7 eastern it's easier to get in. I waited 5 mins.
They did not have my tickets connected to my hotel reservations in the system.

Check the dates of your tickets in MDE. You buy tickets by a start date now.

I bought my tickets from undercover tourist and they have a start date of 10/12 and valid until 10/19.
5-Day Ticket with Admission to 1 Park Per Day
Age: 10+
Valid: Tue, Oct 12, 2021 – Tue, Oct 19, 2021
Theme Park Admission:Any 5 of the Valid Dates

I hope you can get things fixed.
OTOH, from a simply selfish standpoint, I hope that the MK opens up for me on October 1 while other “illegal”reservations get canceled.

They're not necessarily "illegal" reservations. A Cast member told me yesterday that when people change/cancel their travel reservations the park reservations don't always change therefore resulting in the party having 2 sets of reservations.

Don’t wait for them to respond to an email...that can take forever. You will definitely need to call. If you can’t call right at 7, try to find something to do while expecting to be on the phone for awhile. I had to call about my park reservations last week - cleaned my whole house in the three hours it took to get through and resolve the issue.

I would take screenshots of your tickets linked and of your park passes to have just in case.
