Disney call center: work at home or from a location?

If the call was being monitored, she's out of a job.

Dealing with someone who is working at home is no less safe than dealing with someone working in a call center. They both take your info and put it right into the computer.[/QUOTE]

I completely agree,

But when she asked to put me on hold and check this, and I could hear her talking to her child it was a bit unnerving, I guess she did not hit mute or hold correctly. So I was kinda startled, that this happened. But she was up front when I asked did she work from home. She apologized and said that her child had escaped from the nanny. At this point I was still going to book, but then she said alrighty.... let me jot down that CC number and you will be all set. The words " jot down"... errr.... for me at least meant that you would be writing it down not entering or imputing it in the computer. At that point I asked for her to hold the reservation, and so a couple of hours later I called back to make payment, I got the call center. Well at least they said it was the call center. I'm sure everything would have been fine, but there was that instant gut feeling I got. Over the years I have learned to listen to that feeling.
