Disney buses

Was just wondering if you can use the Disney buses if you don't stay at a Disney resort hotel.

Next time we go we shan't be having a car but would like to go to the Boardwalk, for instance, so thought getting a bus from Downtown Disney to the nearest hotel then walking from there would be OK.

Also found that the Downtown Disney hotel buses only ran once in the morning to Blizzard Beach - we missed it - so got a taxi there. Would be so much easier to get one of the D buses.

If you have a Disney Hopper ticket you're entitled to use the WDW transport system, regardless of where you're staying.
