Disney Buses

Hey guys, refresh my memory, would ya?

I know the WDW buses go between resorts and parks, so if you want to go par-park or resort-resort you have to double hop. Where does Downtown Disney fit in? Do I get there from a park or a resort, or both? I can't remember that from '08.

If I remember correctly, buses run only to and from DTD and the resorts. No direct service to the parks. This was done by Disney to discourage parking at DTD and going to the parks, avoiding the parking fees.

There are park to park buses (except MK-EP of course) but to go park-DTD or resort-resort, you have to do the "Disney shuffle."

DTD-park you can bus to nearby resort and do the quick walk/boat ride depending on where you are. Example - bus to Contemp, walk to MK

One exception is prolly AK - which doesn't really have any resorts super close.
