Disney buses and background music / announcements

Silly question, but for our last two trips we didn't use the Disney buses to the parks all that much. We were talking about planning our next trip and realized that the last few times we used the bus was for the magic kingdom and none of us recall music on the buses or the announcement when we reach the park. Do they still do this? I'm trying to figure out if we were so distracted with our phones we overlooked it.

August 2019. Park buses had music and announcements. One minor gripe of mine, the playlist needs to be much longer so as not to play the same tunes on every trip.

OT: I thought the park music playlists were way too short also. It got to be disconcerting to hear "Sleigh Ride" every hour (December 2010),.

The answer is - sometimes. I've been on quiet buses and then got on a bus with music and announcements several times.

On our trip in July/Aug, most everyone sang Sweet Caroline as it played on the bus. This was after a long and hot day at the park. It was very cool.

Sometimes there's music
Sometimes there's not
Sometimes the driver is interactive
Sometimes the driver is not
It's just random which you get.
Pretty sure neither is right or wrong. They want the drivers focused and if that driver wants a quiet bus, then he gets a quiet bus (not counting guest's noise or course)
