Have the Disney buses to DTD improved at all since the parking situation is bad there with construction and it is being recommended for people to take the bus if at all possible? We have had terrible experiences with Disney buses to DTD in the past. Nearly every time we have gone there, we have waited an hour or more for a bus, regardless of which resort we were at. AKV, BLT, BCV, BWV.....all awful.

On this trip, we will need to get from TTC (after having done the exotic car driving experience at the race track) to DTD in about two hours for an ADR. I'm worried about being able to make it! My plan as of now is to take the monorail from TTC to GF and then take a bus from there. Is there a better plan ? Are the buses to DTD still few and far-between? I'd rather not pay for a cab, but I might have to so I don't have to sweat making it in time for our ADR.

Thoughts anyone?

I did not find the DTD buses to be infrequent, but the route takes a long time if it goes to TL as part of the trip. After 2pm they have been sending separate buses to EPCOT and transfer to TL, with DTD buses going directly, and that has improved things.

I don't know how transportation works from the track... but if you can get to any MK resort you should have no trouble making it to DTD in 2 hours.

Thanks for the reassurance.

The track has a shuttle that returns us to the TTC. We should be there around 5pm. We'll monorail it to GF and take the first bus from there.
