Disney Bus to DTD from POFQ

I know that there is a boat to DTD from POFQ but I was wondering if there is also bus transportation. The reason I ask is that I understand the boats stop running, usually, at around 11 PM. If we're doing the "club scene" at DTD, I'd hate to get stuck there because the boats stopped running!

The buses will definitely start up when the boats stop running. I think they also run while the boats run, as the boats don't have that big of capacity.
