Disney brochures - anyone else having problems?

I've been onto the Disney website several times and ordered a new brochure from them. I never seem to receive one. Is anyone else having difficulties?

I tried to order the summer one when it was released but have not received it, tried twice now.

I'm happy using the PC download version though, I find it easier to use.

Actualy thats not true, I liked the old Downloadable brouchure but now if you download its just a flat PDF.

I also ordered a brochure from the Disney website and didn't get anything yet. I went to a travel agency nearby and took one there.

Have found from past experience it is quicker to go to town and fetch one from the travel agents.

I ordered 3x and no luck - but I always received one in years past.... and can't go to town and pick one up as I am in North America *sigh*

Ordered twice in as many years and never got them. I assumed it was because I was in Paris or something.

I have placed several orders and just not received them. I never seem able to find them locally for some reason. Plus the ones I have found in the travel agents never seem to have the DVD that sometimes comes with them. I know they don't issue them all the time.

I ordered the dvd planner from the Disneyland website, and there was a brochure arrived along with this. It only took about a week to arrive, so it may be worth trying this?

My new brochure and dvd arrived today (I just requested the normal brochure)

Oh, from which site they are offering the DVD?

I have ordered several times and have only recieved one.

Apparently those in the States are not allowed to get them.

I'm ordering from the UK DLP site, maybe that's what the difference is.
