Hi,
Has anyone gotten the Disney Bride or Bridesmaid shirts they offer at disneystore.com?
I bought the bride, MOH, and BM shirts and they run suuuper small! I thought they would have been cute to wear while we were getting ready on the morning of the wedding, but they're pretty tight, so I don't think it would be a good idea to pull them off over freshly made up hair and makeup. I'd really like to try to incorporate them on the wedding day somehow and have come up with the following options:
1. Buy a second set. Cut the girls out of their shirts on the wedding day and give them the second set as a keepsake. (My fiance came up with this one...I can't stop laughing at the idea of having to be cut out of a shirt...)
2. Make an iron on transfer of the same design and put it on a hoodie, tank top, button shirt, etc...something they can more easily get out of.
3. Get a tailor to alter the existing t-shirts into a tank top (which I still worry about because the fabric is not very forgiving (ie stretchy))
Has anyone else bought these shirts and run into the same problem? How did you remedy it?
