I booked a 7 night cruise aboard the Fantasy April 1-8, 2023. I have a group of 4 including 2 kids. I booked a deluxe inside stateroom, but I'd like to keep my options open for ocean view or verandah. If you look for the cruise now using the Disney+ special offer, my cruise doesn't show up. So I assume the offer is sold out for that cruise. However, if I remove the offer and search for 2 people instead of 4, I still see rooms available that will sleep 4. In addition, I see an ocean view room for less than what I paid for the deluxe inside state room. So is Disney charging more per person for people who book with the Disney+ offer? I also searched for 4 without the offer and I did see rooms of all types available. However, with the offer removed and 2 kids added, the cost was much more.

This also makes me wonder, if prices go down, am I able to change my room?

I would call DCL. Their website is horrendous. Yesterday, I was having a hard time getting the 3/27 dream sailing to show. I called DCL and she said there is huge amounts of availability and got me a verandah and also applied the D+ offer to that sailing for us.

I've found that what you see online for the Disney+ offer doesn't always coincide with what's actually available. I would call them and see if what you want is available under the offer.

Also some Oceanview Staterooms are cheaper than some Deluxe Inside Staterooms, depending on the category.

I see an ocean view room for less than what I paid for the deluxe inside state room.
This is possible. Cruise fares shift by category, independent of other categories, and increases in steps. When x% of category 10A is booked, the fares for 10A will increase; again when y% is reached and z%. However category 9D may not have booked as quickly therefore the price didn't increase (or increase as quickly).

I booked with the Disney + offer, first time I looked my cruise was available, I procrastinated and two days later is was not showing as available so thought I missed the deal, looked again a week or so later and it was back on the list of those available with that offer so I'd say keep checking (or call as others have suggested)
