How do I find it? What address should I put in? Not staying on property

It's the Boardwalk Inn, the address is 2101 N Epcot Resorts Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. The boardwalk itself is on the lakeside of the hotel. OR if you are going to be at Epcot or Hollywood Studios you can take the Disney boat from either to the Boardwalk and the boat will let you out RIGHT at the boardwalk area.

The guard at the entrance may direct a lot behind the Hess Gas Station across the street for parking.

My GPS / iPhone works fine if I just type in "Disney Boardwalk Hotel". Parking can be tight, so Disney Transportation is usually your best bet.

What are you trying to do? A lot of people think it is a "thing" to see. Unless you have a specific purpose for going there is nothing there. A few restaurants, ESPN and a "night club." You can also ride surreys if you like. It is really just part of the hotel that happens to look like a boardwalk.
