When we last left off we were leaving the Magic Kingdom after the most magical day ever. We hopped in the bus line and waited. We could have gotten on the next bus, but we would have had to stand so we stepped aside to wait for the next bus. So did about 5 other families, but they walked past us, then stepped aside putting us not in front of the line anymore! Then a big group comes up with a wheelchair and I start counting people and figuring out that after their group got on the bus, then all the cutters, we still might not get a seat! Grrrrr! I was NOT happy so I mentioned this loudly to Dave. The bus pulled up, and 2 of the cutter families sheepishly let us on first. See, it does pay to have a big mouth! We sat next to Sally from Florida and she and Hunter had the best conversation! He was telling her all about our trip and she seemed to really enjoy talking to him. As we were all talking my mom bumped me with her foot and pointed at the girl standing in front of me. She had a lime green Mickey head on her backpack! We talked a little bit. I don’t remember her screen name. It was letters and numbers. She had been to the sold out Christmas party on that Tuesday night and said they still had fun. It’s definitely what you make of it! We dragged ourselves back to the room and crashed. What a night!

The next morning the alarm went off around 6:30. It was Epcot day and the plan was to meet Ohio Tony (Lynn) at rope drop. Well, it soon became obvious that we weren’t going to make it. Lynn called me around 8:30 and they were on the bus. I told her I’d call her when we got there. We finally head out and arrive at Epcot around 9:20. We’re not normally late people, but this was day 5 and we were starting to drag! However, the kids were raring to go!

We were planning to head straight to Soarin for Fast Passes. On the way we decided to stop at Character Connection and Dave would get the Fast Passes while we waited in line. Although we had already met these characters it just doesn’t seem right not to see them in their original outfits. I think I left a message for Lynn while we waited. Dave came back just in time.

Mickey!!

Pluto!! Hunter had been waiting to meet him the whole trip!

Look out Minnie! Here comes Megan! Megan charged at Minnie and almost knocked her over! Megan was having a great time!

Chip 'N Dale!!

Goofy!!

I don't remember Megan biting Goofy, but it sure looks like it!

A great start to the day! Next up: Turtle Talk with Hunter???

Love the update! Character Connection sounds great! We didn't hit it this last trip, and our 2006 trip it was "under construction" - still open, just nothing to it, aesthetically! Just kind of blah looking!


I especially love the Pluto ones for some reason! Something about the "kissing the nose" thing - gets me every time! So cute!

Ok, bring it on! I'm waiting for more...

Thanks Lisa. They are at a fun age. Hunter's missing both front teeth now. It's so funny and he whistles like Gopher from Winnie the Pooh!
