Disney posted earnings at .19 per share or .03 higher than expectations and .01 better than last year.

Good words about the movie division & cable. Positive talk from Eisner on the Pixar relationship. Not expecting theme park uptick quickly. ABC talk upbeat (improved summer ratings).

Stock prices jumped to 221/2 (+/-) after the conference call.
