Disney Baby Names

I was wondering how many of my Disney obsessed friends out there have children named after the happiest place on earth. We just had a baby girl 3 months ago and named her Daysie. It was somewhat inspired by our favorite female duck! As a matter of fact we call her The Duckster! (didnt mean to it just kinda happened! )

We didn't name our children after Disney characters, but we did it to our dog. (Incidentally, Daisy was at the top of our list, but some acquaintances named their dog Daisy and we didn't want to "copy.")

Our dog's name is Violet -- like the girl in the Incredibles. We picked her up from rescue on the same day we booked our WDW vacation. It seemed appropriate to give her a Disney-fied name!

Not exactly named after Belle, but my dd is named Bella. We just loved the name!

We named our daugther Isabella - Bella for short - also and everyone thinks it was because of Belle - our second daughter is Mackenzie - Mackie for short and everyone thinks it's actualy Mickey because of the mouse...

we did name our two puppies after disney characters though - they are Sulley and Stitch!! and unfortunately - the stitch personality fits... she finds new ways to escape every day - and at 75 pounds and only 8 months old - (they're great danes) it is a mess getting her back in the house!!

You have great taste in names! Our older daughter is Mackenzie, we call her Kenzie for short. Our youngest is Isabella and we call her Bella or Stinkerbell.

Not my kids but one of my cats is Tinkerbell. Her sister is Mouse. When we adopted them they were Minnie and Mouse but we changed Minnie to Tink because we had two pet rats, Mickey and Minnie. Unfortunately we had a fire and Minnie and Mickey didn't make it. Mouse and Tink did though. The dogs are Blue and Autumn, I thought for sure we were going to have a Cinderella (Autumn is DD8's dog) but she picked Autumn because she's a red mini doxie. Autumn suits her quite well. Oh and we have a saltwater tank with a Nemo and Marlin....LOL The purple tang is Violet, not really after Violet from the Incredibles but that works.

My son's name is Woody. (Short for Woodrow.)

I tried very hard to get my husband to name our baby boy Cameron Disney, but I just couldn't convince him. (Obviously he is not quite as obsessed as I am!) I don't think it would have shocked anyone in my family, though.

My dog's name is Narnia Never thought of naming my kids anything like that. As a kid we has a shenzee cat.

My cousin named her daughter Jasmine after Aladdin came out. I don't even think she's a disney fan.

My oldest, now 25, is Chip. My 2nd son is Mike, but he was Mickey until he was 5 years old.

My ex inlaws wanted me to name Mike Dale, so I would have the REscue Rangers, but i was a bit concerned that the neighbores would think I was calling the chip-n-dale dancers into dinner!!

DS is Jacques, which is kinda like Jaq from Cinderella, but spelled right.
