Disney awards..I am lost!

Ok, now i never recieved an email telling me the site is back up, and when I wnet there, I couldn't open some of the links, including the register page..can someone pleaseexplain this and what we need to do for entries now?

I don't know whether the awards program is back up or not. It was supposed to be back on Sept. 1st but then on the forums it said the opening was delayed. I just checked again and couldn't find mention of whether the program was actually back up for earning entries.
