I am in charge of my daughter's class basket for the annual silent auction. The theme is Disney weekend getaway. I am looking for suggestions on ways to make this great. I am donating Vera Bradley cosmetic bags and a hipster for the "travel" part as well as sunscreen (for the park days) and autograph books and sunglasses. Do any of you know of any way I could get park tix donated? I need to ask parents to donate and any suggestions would be greatly appriciated ! I will post pics when it is done. Thank you!!

You might want to call CRO to see if they would donate 2 park tickets or could give you the # to a department that can do this. Busch Gardens used to do this back in the 80's and 90's. I don't know if Disney will do the same but it never hurts to ask.

What a cute idea! Definately ask! If you can get the tix then maybe you could put in a few Disney Dollars with any money you collect. Another idea, if there's time, is to do the free laminated park and resort maps. If you don't have time to order them, you can always print them out...but they are so nice when the come in the mail!

Great idea about the maps! It is a free filler! So far I have only one parent that offered to donate. :confused3 The money raised is for new computers for the school. The whole middle school has 60 students so we need to get crackin! I spoke with my vet and I think he is going to give me a donation of kenneling for the weekend that the recipient goes.
I will let you know how CRO goes I need pixie dust for that one:wizard:
