Disney Attire.

In May, we plan to wear shorts, t-shirts/tanks, and comfy shoes (crocs, tennis shoes and some water sandals/tennis shoes). Pretty much most of our clothing will be of the 'dry quickly' variety -- so water shorts (basically quick dry hiking shorts) for the DH and light-weight shorts/capris for me.

The quick dry goal is what we aim for, too. We are going in June and will either be rained on or get wet on rides. I hardly ever wear cotton because of this. We tend to wear a lot of polyester or nylon microfiber and rayon. It also looks nicer if you happen to be going somewhere a little upscale to eat.

I usually go in June. I wear jeans (I wore shorts once), a tshirt, a hat and sneakers (generally canvas because they dry fast). I forget sunscreen often, so making sure I'm wearing enough helps a lot to keep me from burning!

We have tons of Disney shirts and just added some new ones with the great 2.99 sale going on at the Disney Store right now. These all go to Disney with us. We also have matching Disney hawaiian themed shirts (me, my boyfriend - in our 40's - and his 18 year old son) we usually wear these to 'Ohana.

I usually go in the winter, so my outfit generally consists of a t-shirt, jeans, Crocs, and a sweatshirt in the mornings/late at night.

:cheer2: A lot depends on when you go. In the hot and humid months shorts and strappys. When we were there in December it was jeans and t-shirts with cardigans for me as it got quite cool at night.:cheer2:

What is appropriate attire for a "pooh sized" female? Tanks, shorts, skirts, dresses, long pants,...? We are going in July??

Camis / Tanks & Capris / Skirts during the day. Tevas or Clarks

Evenings, usually dressy for Signature dinners.

I add a lightweight long sleeve button-up blouse over the tanks / camis in the morning when we head out & it hasn't warmed up yet.

I am a Pack Light person. My goal is always to fit a weeks worth of this wardrobe in my 21" carryon.

This is the Spring / Fall wardrobe. Our favorite time to do WDW.

That's the size luggage we take, too. Mom & Dad don't have to deal with the kids' luggage, either, they can pull it just fine! But, we almost always stay in a condo/townhouse/villa setting so it's easy to do laundry.

I'll be sporting skirts with bike shorts underneath and some homemade shirts (using iron-patches) this August. The skirts to feel cool and the shorts will prevent chafing. Of course, I'll have a pair of Disney crocs to complete the whole ensemble. :cutie:

I was thinking skirts would be more breathable for my upcoming trip and cause less problems with sweat and water ride issues...Thanks for the tip.

Whatever you wear, make sure to take a hat or a sun visor, I always seem to forget and have to pick one up...which is why I have a collection of Disney hats... not such a bad thing, I will probably forget one next week and have to buy one at WDW:thumbsup2

The other thing is if you have any plans for late night dining something to pull over- a light weight wind breaker or light sweater, after being out and about, the AC inside can feel freezing
-Hope that helps
