Is there a way to let my son be able to look at our plans on his phone, but not able to make changes (he wouldn’t on purpose, but maybe accidentally)

Take screenshots of what he needs to know and text the shots to him.

I'd also do the screenshots. Also, it's not easy to just simply delete stuff and cancel fps/reservations. You have to go through multiple steps to cancel or change items.

I understand your concern but it's not like 1 wrong click and everything is gone.
