It might, but it doesn't sound like Fox is making any moves.

From my reading, it sounds like Henson Prods is making a new show to be ran on FOX. Henson is a creator of content, Fox is the distributor.

I've seen some of the promos for it, and it looks hillarious although it is definitely in the Fox style of comedy (Gregg The Bunny is not able to reach a urinal so a human holds him up by the ears and then shakes him when he's done, was one clip I saw).

I don't take that just because Henson has a show on Fox, that Fox is in the hunt to buy Kermit & Company.

I think that Greg the Bunny is a separate show from what they are planning to do with the muppets.
