Can the air you buy through them be upgraded to first class? Can you go the day before and stay an extra night after the cruise? What are some of the hotels they offer as part of their cruise package if you purchase it?

If you check air fare on your own, or have your travel agent do it, it's almost always cheaper than booking through DCL, especially if there's a "deviation" where you want to stay longer.

We booked our air and motel the night before our cruise to Alaska through Disney.

In Vancouver, I had a choice between Fairmont Waterfront and the Fairmont at the airport. We chose the Waterfront. It is right across the street from the port.

We are flying in from Texas and any delay would cause us to miss the boat. So, I insisted on flying in the day before.

I won't know my flight details until 45 days before we sail.

I also would like to know if you can upgrade to first class. Maybe someone else will let us know.

Our flight info is on the DCL website (under our reservation info). It was posted yesterday afternoon. We are waiting on more detailed info from our TA.

We are flying to Vancouver with Delta. We are flying back home with US Airlines.

If I find out anything about upgrades, I will post here.
