Boy, I couldn't imagine how a 1,250 room
DCL DVC would affect relative demand and availability through DVC. It would be such a different animal, I almost think it would have to be kept separate. Also, with so many laws and regulations regarding timeshares, and cruise ships avoiding regulation with foreign registration, how would that work? Plus, what is the average life of a cruise ship? I don't think the contract could be 50-years. Too many questions!
