Not the same camera, but my 7D is beefy as well. I use a Black Rapid strap. Amazon had the best price. Comfortable all day, no neck strain at all.

Always shoot RAW. Post was done in Lightroom 5, and to carry it I used a BlackRapid Sport strap which makes it feel like it's not even there. Completely comfortable! Best strap I've ever used.
