I think a poll would be the best way lol. Once you guys decide I'll try to whip up a few designs.

This is what I was thinking. That's why I was trying to figure out a list of the ones to put on it. I'll give until this Friday to allow for folks to add any additional titles and I'll put up a poll then. What ya think, allow a week for voting?

Feel free to substitute "Smokies" for mountains in any of the ones I proposed. I like Smokies better.

Yeah I think a week is good. I usually try to get on at least once a week so I think that would work.

In the spirit of the ol' Country Bear Vacation Hoedown show which was the Country Bear show for several years:

Country Bear Vacation DISMeet

https://www.laughingplace.com/w/blo...as-special-and-country-bear-vacation-hoedown/

I have the mp3 file of the show. The link above has a YT full show video you can watch if not familiar.

The bears have the persona of hillbillies without being named as such.

We're all on vacation when attending a DISMeet just as the Bears are.

As the Host of the DISMeet and its Master of Ceremonies this year, tiggerdad can star in the role of Henry.

That's my suggestion for a name to be part of a poll.

Ed

PS - and the Bears give Arc some clip art images to look for easily

PPS - for the DISMeet at the Fort our name was Rendezvous at the Fort. The word "DISMeet" was not on Arc's sticker/logo design but the year was. To be consistent, maybe the suggestion should be Country Bear Vacation Hoedown after all with a "2021" on the design too. Or maybe I'm overanalyzing again and twisting myself into knots...

I got the SCRAPPLE
Out of curiosity regarding this mentioned food I googled it.

This was the brief description:

"Scrapple, also known by the Pennsylvania Dutch name Pannhaas or "pan rabbit", is traditionally a mush of pork scraps and trimmings combined with cornmeal and wheat flour, often buckwheat flour, and spices."

What in the leftover methlab is this concoction!? 😳

Michael just like Sausage you don't want to know. Just ignore what it looks like and enjoy it after it's fried. You can enhance by dipping in some of Snow Medic's Maple Syrup when adding to Pancakes, French Toast or Waffles or some Ketchup when adding Scrambled Eggs

The parts of the pig that weren't good enough for smoked pork, pork chops, pork steaks, ham, bacon, pork loin, jowls, sausage, feet, ears, ribs, chitterlings/chitlins (intestines also used as sausage casing), cracklins (fried skin), and who knows what else. All those can be monetized separately. (I'm told the best parts of a pig are used in SPAM but I can not confirm that.)

All the DELICIOUS leftovers (?) are mixed in with mush, left to gel/stiffen, then sliced and gently pan fried and served to unsuspecting tourists who innocently ask the question, "what do you recommend?". I got this delicacy at breakfast IIRC (it's been nearly 30 years) and as you can tell the memory has stuck with me.

Bet you can't find any of this stuff in Pigeon Forge this summer. :sad2:

My mom used to make scrapple. I put it in there with grits. Both are inedible.

Hang on a sec! DO NOT drag my promised land grits into a discussion with that monstrosity of reject pig parts!

Please, if we are out in public in TN, do not insult the grits! You'll have a mob of bare feet banjo married cousins all over you and this dude can't dumb down his education enough to converse with them to help you.

I'll just play my copy of THE UNDEFEATED with Mr Mcartney's comments on grits on a loop on the outside TV

DW will eat grits if it has the words "$hrimp and ...." in front of it which are on several menus in the Gulf Shores area. It may be too high brow for Pigeon Forge, though.
