If we're not sure about whether we'll want to hit the aquarium this time but eventually will, I can go pick up vouchers from a AAA office - IIRC they're good for a while (a year? Been a while since I last picked some up) and get exchanged at the will-call window so shorter line and can save money vs pre-ordering ($20 as opposed to $25+$2 fee), and avoid getting tied down to a specific entry time beforehand... just trying to keep our options open since I sense a time crunch coming

Sorry to hear you can't make it. Maybe next time. We try to have a meet once a month...but the last one was in June. July was a very busy month.

Hi all! Sorry we didn't make it down this morning. We ended up having a 10am scrimmage after all. I hope you all are enjoying the science exhibits and imax feature! Please let me know if there will be a Sept or Oct meet, we'd love to meet you all.

Will we met and we survived. It was great seeing Kevin, Ken and Darcy again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Science Center and the 3D IMAX Harry Potter, but only the first 15-20 minutes was in 3D We did get to the see The Sun Live from the Observatory, that was totally awesome.

Our final stop was to have great food at the Cheesecake Factory. I am so stuff now. It was too much to eat that I brought half of it home, along with some carrot cake. You should see the size of that carrot cake, OMG it can feed two ppl.

Andrea and others.....we normally try to meet at least one a month. Hopefully we can do one in September. Maybe the next one can be held in Old Town Alexandria...any thoughts as to where (walking tour, torpedo factory?) Someone also suggested Annapolis, MD...I'm up to any suggestions.

The last trip I blew the catalitic converter on my truck and the $1500 repair bill took a chunk out of my vactaion budget.

But now that you will be there permantely there will be another time
