I just bought DH a Wii for Christmas

I had no idea the amount of games and accessories that you could get for the darn thing. I made sure I could return or exchange after Christmas. I'm so excited for him to get it! I always feel like my gifts to him are boring and I hope this year is different!

StinkerBelle has a really bad ear infection and walking pnemonia in her left lung. I felt horrible because I honestly thought she just had a cold but as the coughing started up, it made me nervous so I took her to the Doc last Tuesday and that's when we found out it was more than a cold. Ever since she got the flu shot things have been horrible!

No worries, I did not get chance to get back on last night. StinkerBelle is giving me a hard time about going to bed so I was dealing with that. I sure hope this problem works itself out.



That game sounds neat...I'll have to look it up. DH is a golfer so I bought him Tiger Woods Golf and I think I'm going to get DD the Disney Princess gift and then after Christmas get the cooking game called Mama's Kitchen or something like that. So nice that DH will be sharing his gift

It is COLD snowy here

! I feel like the heat has not stopped running all night and morning. I am going to bundle StinkerBelle up and go to the store.

Still making lists in my head for Christmas. I have some stuff bought and other things that I just need to go get. I have some great coupons for Bath and Body Works and they have some cute stuff. A really cute snowman cookie car that I can get for 15 instead of 25 with my coupon! I'm in a gift exchange and plan on using that.

What was everyone up to today?

Trent was sick most of the day. Around 6pm, he sprung back to life.

It must have been a stomach bug.

So been in PJs all day, just watchting tv....fun fun...

I've been kind of down so I took myself out Sunday. I went to Celebration and walked up and down their little flea market then I got my book out of the car and went and sat in a wooden rocking chair by the lake in Celebration. It was a gorgeous day and I even got some sun. They had their decorations up on the street and had a Christmas tree up at the lake.

When I finally finished my book I decided to go to Downtown Disney. I drove quite a while till I found a parking space, finally found one by the new T-Rex restaurant.

Then I walked all over and looked in shops and sat for a while people watching. They had their decorations up as well. It was daylight so you don't really get the full effect of them, but here they are!

I thought these decorations were particularly interesting, lol.

Finally, the tree

Then I got tired of walking around all those happy people and smiling faces and decided to leave. I went to Walgreens, then went home.

That was my Sunday. Today I sat all day applying for jobs on line, making phone calls and trying desperately to find something. I'm getting worried, Christmas is soon and once I pay a month and a half of bills, I'm outta cash!

I worry with the economy that I won't find something and then I don't know what I'll do. Please keep your fingers crossed, say a prayer and any other good luck things you can all think of for me.

Hi all! Been away from the computer for a few days. My laptop died and the desktop is in the office where dh works all day. Just haven't been able to get to it.

Painted Aidans room this weekend and am still trying to get the upstairs put back together. All of his stuff got moved to everyone elses rooms, so all of our rooms are a mess!

The January trip is definitely out - just can't swing it. I am still hopeful for May and will even add a ticker as a sign of good thoughts - but we will have to wait until after taxes!

I am going to do some cleaning and then will try to catch up!
