Just want to give you a quick update. Still no loss for meI'm so confused as to why. My eating is on track, my exercise is getting better. I go back to the doctor this week for my thyroid check up, I'm going to talk to him about it. I thought my thyroid meds were going to help me, not make me gain weight?

How long have you been going at it for?
As weird as it sounds... I had been dieting since 2006... and during that time I was dating my boyfriend. I watched what I ate... exercised... I never lost weight.. well lost more than 10 pounds. But since we broke up (in January) and two years later... I've finally started to actually lose weight... (and shh... I hadn't been exercising until last week).
I still talk and hang out with him... but perhaps he was a "toxic" person...
Either way sometimes it just takes a while for weighloss to kick in. If you changed your diet sometimes it takes a bit of time for your metabolism to adjust. And sometimes you lose some and sometimes you don't. For January I lost 5.8#, Feb 6#, March... 1.6#.
