DISigners - Activity Book Cover blanks?

I remember seeing one with a Cars theme on the lower left corner - can't find it back to save my life......I guess I should have saved everything I might want to use, but I've saved so many things that I was trying not to save it unless I was ready to use it.......

Nope wasn't that one, but that's very cute. I don't remember it having as many characters. Thanks for posting it - I may be asking for a blank!
