Disign help!

Saw a very CUTE disign, but seems as if the disigner is not doing anything right now.. Was wondering if anyone else can personalize these, as the disigner did state it was okay for others to customize the work or if someone has something similar to these.. If you can help me let me know and I will tell you what I am looking for!

I have done many safari name DISigns and can help you out. Do you want the giraffe or a different style?
