Do you leave your drain board on the counter all the time or tuck it away and just bring it out when you need to use it?

If you tuck it away, is it under the sink or somewhere else?

:teeth:

Oops...the answers are kind of backward to the question, but you have the details. :teeth:

Yes, it's on the counter.

No, it's tucked away.

Ours is out all the time. I wish I had a place to store it when not being used, but that is rare.

On the counter all the time. I don't have a lot of kitchen space so there is no where to put it.

I do not have a drainboard but I have a dishwasher so I so not need one.

No storage space and my diswasher has not been functional in over a year. Everyone keeps saying to replace it, but I really dont miss it. Grammy

Mine is in the sink. 2nd side.

Same here. But before we had a dishwasher (when DH was the dishwasher :)), the drainboard was kept on the counter.

I would just use the dishwasher as the drainboard & get back the counter space.

We too have a dishwasher. We don"t have a drainboard- just put a tea towel on the counter to use as a drainboard when I hand wash something.

We don't have one either. Usually the only things that get handwashed are pots and pans and we just put them in the sink to air dry.

I have a double sink, so I wash the dishes in one side and drain them in the other.

I have a dishwasher, but there are still things that can't be washed in there or just don't fit. :)

My drainboard is kept under the sink when not in use, because I can't stand the clutter on my counters.

Makes the kitchen look much neater that way. :goodvibes

Don't have a drain board, I use a towel. Esp here...we need a water softner and the calcium buildup is bleech.

I RARELY handwash anything. Even the stuff I am supposed too LOL.
When I do handwash -I dry it right then with a hand towel and put it away

I tried no drainboard but it didn't last long. Even though I put everything in the dishwahser there are always strays. I have a stainless steel one w a clear board.

I don't have a drainboard. For the hand wash things, I just put them on a towel.

I have a lack of storage space. So it stays out on the counter all the time. I'd like the additional space though! Have always had a dishwasher, but I rarely use it...for some unknown reason. I'd have to guess because we don't use enough dishes to actually fill it and run it.
