Also the head pointed him out but did not tell me anything about most of the other kids. There were 60 or so kids at the center. So yes SHE was judgemental.
BINGO! That's the difference. This little boys expereience good have been so bad, if you never got a chance to know just why his behavior was like that.
I have to say, that if you were the gal (I sort of think of them as the keeper of the keys) behind the counter at BJ's today, you might have reported me on a thread like this. I bought a very expensive piece of meat today, walked all over the store (while it rested on a TV box that we bought for the RV) that was supposed to be sealed good..the kind they suck the air out, so the meat will last a long time. As we loaded it in the trunk, we discovered it wasn't crimped well on the ends. The TV box, the items next to it, and the trunk of the car got quite a bit of blood on them (ugh!). We happened to have bought paper towels, and went to work sopping it up. I put the meat in a bag and turned around to return it, while hubby cleaned up the sticky, yucky mess. When I got back to the store (we have an undinged car, so we were way out there, and the return at BJ's is way at the other end of the store) I waited at the counter, til the gal was able to help me. She said I needed hubby's card to return it (I didn't want another one at this point). I explained he was way out in the back of the lot, was involved in cleaning the mess, and she said..that's doesn't concern me you need the card. I asked her to ask her supervisor if there was a work around. She said no, there wasn't and the surpervisor was busy. She started to get mad and was raising her voice, that this is the way it had to be done (I assume she'd had a bad day) and I would just have to get it. I admit it..I sighed loudly (yup, very loudly)..went to turn around to go outside (I actually was going to just leave the meat there and go home), and the supervisor came over. Asked about the problem, said no problem, she could give me it back in cash, asked if I needed paper towel's, some spray or someone to go out and clean it. What a difference. I felt better, the people behind me seemed happier. I just can't believe how quickly this gal was able to turn around a really bad experience. I wonder what the cashier's side of the story was.
