Disgusting puppy habit...please help!

Okay, we tried the black licorice and it obvious this dog loves black licorice going in AND going out. So, as soon as she did her thing in her potty box, I doused the aforementioned poo with hot sauce. Wow, I have never seen a dog so agitated...and this dog is even part chihuahua. We will see where it goes from here. What a deal.

I'd never heard of it before either, but either Ron White or Bill Engvall mentioned it on the Blue Collar Comedy Tour. According to their vet, it's not uncommon.
