Disey Dining Plan with Food Allergies

So my wife and one of my daughters have several food allergies. The last two times we went, we did not get the food plan, as we were worried about them getting enough food. But we always do at least one character meal, and they seem to bend over backwards for my wife and daughter to give them food that they can eat.

The real question I have is, are there enough 'quick' meal places that have allergy menu items to make it worth our time to get the Dining Plan for the entire family?

Last time we stayed at the Cabins, so we could cook our own meals, but I want to get away from having to cook our own meals on vacation and let my wife and I relax instead of getting groceries and cooking the entire trip.

We always do the dining plan for my DD who is allergic to everything. They def bend over backwards for her and ends up with a way better meal then the rest of us. Our last trip I did have to do more research but she was able to eat at all the QS the rest wanted to eat at. Mexico being her favorite. Find the menus online then just type a quick list of things they like. I find it easier doing that. And it's handy on my phone.
