I had a few days of blank emails from the dis boards, too. Now I see that I've missed a few things!

Didn't see the movie, but at least now I know what focking is. Best not try to explain this to DH.... he already thinks I'm nuts.

Still have to figure out how to post a picture when I have time!

Another one here whose DH thinks she's nuts!! I haven't told him about the Focker Watch lanyards that I bought or asked him to wear anything lime green yet. Since this is a surprise trip for our girls I can't talk about it at home so I tend to talk about it at work A LOT...my friends now think I am crazy especially when I told them about the Focker Watch lanyards!! They even laughed when I used lime green sticky notes!! Oh well, if you're going to be crazy about something it might as well be Disney...right?!??!?!

Good call keeping those DH's in the dark about teh whole "Focker" thing....taken outta context I think it's results could be disasterous. I have read numerous postings on it, but it seems like a whole big other obsession I don't have time to devote to......YET I will have to get on board before June though!!

Hello stalkers! My emails from DIS for the past 2 days were all blank when I opened them. Finally today I started getting notification again... and I've missed 3 pages! Courtney... love the new pics! DM... very sweet pic of you, too!

Everyone's emails were blank. But, just so you know in the future, if you go to the DISboards and just click on User CP it will come up with a page with all your subscribed threads. You can then click on them to view new entries. That's the way I do it all day anyway to avoid all the emails.

I'm getting stressed over this trip. I decided to upgrade to hoppers so we can take DS to SWW, and not miss MK EMH that night. Then DD is upset because Haunted Mansion will be closed, but says "Well... at least I still get to eat breakfast at Cinderella's castle." Oh, the guilt! So I am trying to decide whether to change Alfredo's dinner to Norway breakfast, or keep Alfredo's and pay the breakfast OOP. Thoughts?

Can't believe I just added $300 to a trip I haven't finished paying for yet!

My most recent stress is about 1 day only that I'm wondering about hopping. I really can do without the hopping for all days but was wondering about the day that I have my "Mommy & Daughter" day at the MK. DH and sons are going to BB and are supposed to meet up with us later in the evening. Now I'm wondering if we'll be at the MK too much and maybe we should go to another park for the evening. Adding on park hoppers isn't too cost effective if only I need to pay for extra park so if we do it, I will probably just pay OOP to enter another park for the day. DH is getting frustrated with me for over-thinking this whole trip.

My DH just kinda rolled his eyes with the Focker thing but he did like Courtney's "Focker" pic that she sent me. (I think he has a crush on Courtney ) Everyone watch out for Courtney - she will be "Focking" anyone and everyone!!!

Yes...I thought I should finally post my pic. I promise I will post an updated one prior to all our vacations. I am usually the picture taker so I get "left out" of most pics. Then, when DH goes to take a pic of me it is always w/o makeup or just a bad day. Uhm....can't he get me when I'm all "purdied up"?

Oh...if anyone really really wants to see a more updated pic of me, try this link. It is our last vacation to Cape Canaveral with a one day trip to the MK. There may only be a couple pics of me tho. Remember, I'm the picture taker!

I was inspired by you to create a pre-trip and I actually started one on my computer yesterday. I started out by giving our bios and then stupid me accidentally erased it! Now I must start over. I want to include some older photos but don't have a scanner. I may do the "easy" way and take a pic of the pic but the quality won't be good. We'll see....

Yes...you can do it on your own program and paste it on here. I did that before when I did a trip report way back when... When you paste it on the boards then you may want to add any of the smilies or what not from there...

We didn't hop last year. We knew we would have enough to see in each park since it was my first trip since kids, and first for DH since 1976. If I did the hoppers, I would use them 2 days. We would go to MGM on Sunday afternoon so DS could do SWW, and hop to MK for EMH that night. Without hoppers, DD won't get to MK before Friday, and I doubt she will stand for that! On Sat, we have nothing planned. Last year we went back to MK, but the kids would have liked to go back to Epcot as well. Since our meals that day will be snacks and OOP, we could go anywhere that day. Decisions, decisions...

Sun. 24th- Epcot 8-1 lunch Mexico 12 break MGM-5-10

Mon. 25th- AK 8-1 break Epcot 5-7 MK7-11

Tues. 26th –MK 8-12 Epcot 12-3 break MK 7-11

Just came back from the mall..Ok, so I only go to this one mall because of the Disney Store ...They had t-shirts for $4.99
Ok, I can't help it, I like good bargain. I bought a t-shirt for my son who is 12 1/2... He picked it out and said "I will wear this on vacation only" He thinks middle school is not the place to wear Disney shirts anymore

I did also get Mermaid shirt for my 7 yr old, and a Mickey and Minnie shirt for my 2 1/2 yr old. I also bought one of those spinning toy things you get at Disney World, you press the button it spins around and lights up. It was a TinkerBell one(Only one left in the clearance bucket). I had to get it, my 2 1/2 yr olds bedding is Tinkerbell...the spinning toy cost $7.99...She played with it at first. I took it away, and will put it away unti vacation...Oh, I also bought my Husband a t-shirt for $4.99...I dont normally buy him stuff like that, but hes a good sport and will wear anything I buy...

Ok... those are my finds for the day..so if any of you live by a Disney store...get those great bargains

DM-olic's DH is upset about that too... Just ask her.... He's bummed! I'm secretly a little bummed too... It's such a classic. I can't believe they would do a rehab in the busiest time of the year (summer months).
