Yes...I thought I should finally post my pic. I promise I will post an updated one prior to all our vacations. I am usually the picture taker so I get "left out" of most pics. Then, when DH goes to take a pic of me it is always w/o makeup or just a bad day. Uhm....can't he get me when I'm all "purdied up"? :lmao:

Oh...if anyone really really wants to see a more updated pic of me, try this link. It is our last vacation to Cape Canaveral with a one day trip to the MK. There may only be a couple pics of me tho. Remember, I'm the picture taker!
Cape Canaveral vacation

I was inspired by you to create a pre-trip and I actually started one on my computer yesterday. I started out by giving our bios and then stupid me accidentally erased it! :sad2: Now I must start over. I want to include some older photos but don't have a scanner. I may do the "easy" way and take a pic of the pic but the quality won't be good. We'll see....

I tried to click on the link but it wouldn't work for me. Would love to see them though. Looking forward to your pre trip report, would love to read it!

It's from Meet the Fockers. And when Robert Dinero (sp?) puts his fingers to his face, and said, "I'm watching you Focker"... So, when you see other DISers who are a member of the Focker Club, you go up and Fock them like that. It's a fun little game.... Check out this thread:

So, any of you June Disney people looking for a good deal????:confused3

Just came back from the mall..Ok, so I only go to this one mall because of the Disney Store:laughing: ...They had t-shirts for $4.99:cool1:  :woohoo: :yay:
Ok, I can't help it, I like good bargain. I bought a t-shirt for my son who is 12 1/2... He picked it out and said "I will wear this on vacation only":sad2: He thinks middle school is not the place to wear Disney shirts anymore:rolleyes:
UGH...what happened to my little Disney loving boy????:confused3
I did also get Mermaid shirt for my 7 yr old, and a Mickey and Minnie shirt for my 2 1/2 yr old. I also bought one of those spinning toy things you get at Disney World, you press the button it spins around and lights up. It was a TinkerBell one(Only one left in the clearance bucket). I had to get it, my 2 1/2 yr olds bedding is Tinkerbell...the spinning toy cost $7.99...She played with it at first. I took it away, and will put it away unti vacation...Oh, I also bought my Husband a t-shirt for $4.99...I dont normally buy him stuff like that, but hes a good sport and will wear anything I buy...

Ok... those are my finds for the day..so if any of you live by a Disney store...get those great bargains:thumbsup2
Great! Another good reason to go to the mall! I've been wanting to get some new t-shirts for the kids and DH. Oh heck, maybe even me!

I just found my waistpack for vacation at walmart for five bucks and it's pink. We're getting stuff for vacation. All I can say is it June yet and I'm ready to go.
Are you sure you're ready? I think we just keep finding new things just to bide the time! :thumbsup2

Isn't it so sad that there's so much buildup and excitement in the MONTHS prior to our trips, but it's here and gone in like two seconds :headache:
Once you get there, it's the quickest few days of your life... It goes by so fast b/c you are having so much fun! And then you get back home to reality and get so sad :sad2:

Ok..this has been one great Disney day..Well not really Disney as I am still sitting here in Va beach.

I wrote about my great bargains at the Disney store:thumbsup2 I showed my husband the new tshirt I bought him. (he was at work when I went, so he had no idea). So he said he likes it. He works on his car, and then changes, and what does he come down in...Yep...his new Disney tshirt:confused3 . I try to explain to him that he needs to keep it "Nice" as its for our vacation;) He obviously does not see the value of it as I do.

Then my next Disney thing was..we ordered a "Pal Mickey":cool1: . We thought about getting one years ago, but decided against it. I am not sure why, I think it was probably the price. Well I researched it on ebay, and then read the posts on here about it.Some people have ordered it through the Character Premier outlet in Orlando. SO we called up, and sure enough they have some brand new outdated ones, for a whopping $33 plus tax, which I think will come to $43:thumbsup2 Should be here in 2-3 weeks....

Now we just came home from Home Depot. My son and I went to the Paint section. We found only 5 Lime green Mickeys left:sad2: I think Courtney said she has 30 :).... I wanted to get a bunch, but no such luck. SO my clever 12 yr old found some Lime green paint squares and said he would just trace some Mickey heads and cut them out for me...what a sweet boy:love:

So that was my Disney filled day:cool1:

Ok, I think I will have to make another trip to Home Depot then. While I was there, I got a bunch of other colors as well. I figure its a good way to decorate and keep the kids occupied.

Nice of you to offer to give me some if we "run in" to each other, or I should say if "I have stalked you" or you stalk me...
Really we are not hard to miss, we are the loud family:lmao:

Well, I hardly get to post because my three year old twins are always into something or they want to "see Disney". (I have to pull up pictures of the room we are staying in or rides at MK or whatever they want to see at the moment.) They are so cute and excited!!

I have had a very Disney filled day. I too went to the Disney Outlet at our mall in Nashville today. The t-shirts weren't on sale yet and they didn't have short sleeve shirts, but I did find some things to take. I got the twins some cute, cheap little Disney toys. I got enough to give them something new each day at WDW whenever they are restless or we are waiting at our TS meals or just waiting for anything. I found them each a fan too, but they are the smaller ones, but perfect for them. I'll have to go back to get the t-shirts for my kids. I usually get them enough to wear a new one every day at WDW. I got some last year for $2.99 so I have an excuse to go back!

I also broke down and got a pair of croc flip flops. All my kids have the regular croc shoes and wear them at WDW, but I never have gotten them for myself. So after all I've read about people wearing them at Disney, I thought I would try them for myself. (still will take my New Balances though)

I also bought a lot of the mini M&Ms that are in the tubes. I read on here about people putting quarters and pennies in the tubes and taking them to WDW to use for the pressed penny machines. I guess they sell books to put the pressed pennies in too. My kids had so much fun filling them up with the change. They are so excited about this.

I also went to Home Depot to get LGMHs. I got about 10.. and about 5 of every other color once the twins saw they were Mickey.

It is so exciting getting ready to go to WDW!! Getting ready to go does help make the days go by quicker. Only 90 days to go!!!

I bought 2 pairs of the Crocs Athens (flip-flops) plus 1 pair of the Mickey Crocs. I'll take my Reebok sneaks too just in case.

The mini M&M tubes work great. I did that back in 2003. Each of my boys had their own tube. I stacked the tubes with the pennies and quarters in order so I could just slide out what I needed each time. Just a note though. If you take it in your carry on, put it toward the top because it was a definite "flag" at security. They seemed puzzled on the x-ray and had to dig through my carry on to find it and open it up to see what was inside.

Ok - there was a thread about "footwear" that of course I can't find right now... :upsidedow

I always wear my Reeboks, but would love to wear something cooler... but am so afraid of blisters... my DH ended up with a terrible blister last year, I was afraid it would get infected. The moleskin did help and I plan on picking that up again, but are there any flip flops that really won't give a blister? Or a sandal slide of some kind? :confused3

What gave him the blister? I LOVE my Croc flip flops. Check out Crocs.com. They have a ton of new styles. Of course, break them in for a while before your trip just to be saffe, but My croc flops never have given me blisters.

Wow- I go away for 2 days and all of a sudden I have to read 3 new pages:scared1:

DM-olic. Glad you decided to post a picture so we all know who to "stalk" out ;)

Courtney- Don't spend too much time stalking all us fellow dissers and miss out on the Magic of Disney :wizard:

Glad to see this thread is picking up some steam:woohoo:

I know the thread you are talking about. It was very, very, very long tho. I worry about blisters too but will have to see. Someone mentioned the item "Body Glide" and I think I may try to get some of that. People "swear by it" for preventing chafing or blisters. For anyone that has larger thighs too  they say to rub it on your inner thighs and that will help. You can get it at Dick's or Sports Authority.

DH got a vicious blister from his Reeboks! (that were broken in just fine) Go figure. :confused3

I have a pair of Merrell flip flops... wore them to death last summer, although not much in the parks as I can remember. Every photo (maybe the ONE that I'm in ! LOL) seems to show me in my Reeboks. :goodvibes

not sure about those lime green mickey heads, but dd had a band fundraiser at school friday night and won one of the door prizes. a apple green hand bag, which i plan on using for our trip. DH hates it and call the color lime green. and those cros, my dd would shot me if i wore those things. Hates it when just wear them to garden in.

I feel so left out b/c I don't have, nor am I getting, Crocs. :sad2:

I just wear tennies and regular flip flops. Knock on wood- I didn't have any issues last year.

And Rags on Rocks--- I can enjoy the magic of WDW while still stalking YOU! :magnify:
