Ok Mandy, I've heard of Imelda Marcos and her SHOE fetish, but how many pairs of SOCKS do you really need?!?! :lmao:

They are for my mom. She wears ankle socks. Me I hate the buggers, they fall into my shoes. Besides you can't beat a buck can you?

You can use EMH at the Swan & Dolphin, just not the DDP or the Disney airport pickup.

I saw one thing last year that said you could, and one thing that said no... I was scared to try. I wasn't really heartbroken, though... I really wanted to try CSR!! The DDP is wonderful for us. We found our CS lunches were around $45-50 each day. Had we done that twice a day, we would have spent the same thing, and gotten so sick of the food. We loved that DDP allowed us to eat a TS everyday. True, we wouldn't have ordered all those apps and desserts without DDp, but that is because we are so cheap. DDP gave us lots of choices we wouldn't have felt we could splurge on otherwise.

DM... I had to chime in on your argument thread. I think the problem is that people confuse what they have the right to allow their own child to do, and what a paid employee should do. I do allow Tucker to do some things like that, but that is when I am in charge of the situation.

Well... just had time to sit and read through the posts, and now I am off to the mall again. Hopefully today I can get everything finished up!

Renee... I did see Dana in the pic. I hope she gets a better director next year, but I am glad she had fun.

Brittany... beautiful pics! I love the fancy little dress!

It's been a crazy busy week for me! I haven't had time to do much DISing, and there's no way I'm going to catch up on everything, so just tell me if anything important happened while I was MIA, ok? :)

My daughter's birthday party was this afternoon and, while it went really well, I'm so glad it's over! She turned 7 on Tuesday - what happened to my baby?

Here she is all dressed up to go out to dinner on her birthday:

And here she is at her party today:

Anyway, just wanted to check in and say hi!

Happy Birthday to your daughter:wizard:
She looks beautiful in her dress :)

Kuddos to you DM and Kari.

Singingmom- I see her , i see her.

MagicAddict- your DD looks like a princess in her Birthday dress. Happy Birthday to her.

We have the DDP , with two kids that eat like grown-ups. It will be well
worth the price. When we were on the Disney Cruise, DD was 11 she ordered Steak every night from the adult menu, she never chose from the kids menu, DS ate from both.

Hi Andrea. Missed you lately but welcome back. I watch house hunting shows all the time and always see that it's expensive to live in the UK. Guess that's another place that I can cross off my list...

Oh no :scared1: what are you thinking woman:scared1: Why would you want to live in the UK? :confused3 I spend all my time dreaming about living in Florida, Yummy food, nice beaches, great weather and best of all close to DISNEY.... Why dont we all move there? We all love it so much:cheer2:

Wow! I missed a lot in just a few short hours!!!!

DM- Stop fighting with people, okay?????

MagicAddict- Adorably beautiful picture!!!!!

And I LOVE the DDP just for the record! But, I'm an eater-- It's my favorite thing to do!

I read that and I like what you had to say. I was so frustrated over there that I had to come over here to my friends. Thanks fellow stalkers!

I just like watching shows about different house hunting in different places in our country and where ever. It is very interesting to me. I would love to visit Ireland and Scotland some day. They look like beautiful places to visit![/COLOR]

Brittany - Your daughter looks lovely in her birthday dress! And any Spongebob fan is a friend of mine! :thumbsup2

Courtney - Welcome back. How did your day go? We dropped Alec off at a birthday party and went out to Chili's. Evan asked if we could have dessert there and I, being the bestest parent ever (told you all so) said of course. We all shared the Molten Chocolate Cake. Yummo!!!

Look what I got at Wal-Mart today too....

Okay I'm back from shopping, I left some stuff in the stores. We got some cute stuff for Disney.

We went to Target and got little ankle disney socks for a dollar! Got some shorts, and walking clothes for me to wear.

Went to the Disney store and got a shirt with Minnie, Daisy and some others on it. Plus I got an ipod case that has a gold mickey head on it.

Went to a different target and some shorts.

I'm so getting ready for this vacation.

It's going to be a busy summer btween cleaning the house, helping plan a wedding and vacation.

Busy day for us too but I did find time to stop in the Disney store & pick up some socks myself. $1.50 per pair & really cute!I also have a client due to have a boy yesterday so I had the perfect excuse to buy some really cute rompers at 50% off + then I decided to switch $100 to disney dollars so I don't spend it:rolleyes1

Then we stopped in Limited Too so I could tell my daughter no to most of the stuff in there but we did find shorts on sale & I had 20% off coupons so it wasn't too painful.

Stopped home & had lunch then headed back out to see Are We Done Yet. It was okay. DH would have enjoyed it more than I.

Speaking of DH he said he would get something together for dinner. When we walked in at 7:00 he's heating up Hot Pockets. Um...not what I had in mind but at least I'm not cooking.:)

Last night I let Rob cook dinner. He made a recipe that his mom does during Christmas time. Turkey cutlets dunked in flour, egg bath, then Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Then you slowly fry it up. Now here is what may sound strange to some people. We take lemon and squeeze it all over the fried cutlet before we eat it. It is so yummy! I will actually let him cook that again. :thumbsup2

Wait! Who doesn't put lemon on their fried cutlets?! That's the only way I've ever seen them eaten before?! Seriously! Its delicious!

Dh is the cook around. I burn water. Seriously! So dh cooks. And yummy too! Although tonight we had grilled ham and cheese for dinner. hehe

Are you bragging? :)

Ha...so NOT bragging. I never let Rob cook unless it's on the grill. Even then, if it's a good steak, then I have to broil it because he will overcook it on the grill. He does cook breakfast for the kids though as I do not really eat breakfast. The smell of bacon makes me ill. He is "allowed" to cook it now but when I was pregnant, bacon was banned from this home!! :lmao:

I did quite a bit of damage today. I think at least 200 maybe today on stuff.

When I go shopping, I go shopping.
