Disers in the South

Just Wondering....I have seen where Disers meet that are from certain parts of the country and I was wondering how many we have from Alabama on board. It would be nice to schedule a meet somewhere for us in the near future.

We almost live in AL. I am originally from Atmore - a small town in south Al. We now live north of Pensacola, about 40 miles from Atmore. I'll keep checking this thread to see if a meet develops. If it is on the week-end, we may be able to be there.

I'm from Piedmont. It's a little town about an hour away east of Birmingham.

We aren't from Alabama but we are from Mississippi so if it was on a weekend it may be possible for us to drive over and spend the night.

If is southern Alabama, I may be willing to drive. We drove to Mobile and back in an afternoon/night to pick up our Corgi, Milo.

I'm in Montgomery with relatives near Mobile and Huntsville.

In fact, I'm in Huntsville this weekend and Mobile next weekend!!

With proper time, I can arrange to be just about anywhere.

I live about 15 miles from the Alabama line. I live in NW Georgia (born in 'Bama though). I have to go through Alabama everytime I go visit my mom (she lives in Georgia though).

Alan, my brother lives near Huntsville.

I live in Autaugaville.....about 28 miles north of Montgomery. Looks like we are spread all over the state. But that's not so bad. We need to think of a central location to meet and when. I know that this time of year is busy for everyone....the holidays coming up, school, etc. Maybe we should try to schedule something after the 1st of the year. What do y'all think?

LOL! If EROS came, I'd buy lunch. I'm in Georgia, though, JTB. Except for Saturday, then I'll be in Tennessee. Montgomery is a few hours away from here.

Sounds like a great idea to me. As Olena said, Oddball and I are in Sylacauga. Almost as central Alabama as you can get! Just let us know where and when and we will do our best to be there!!!
