I remember the super huge bunchy socks and the tight rolled jeans. And for comfort wear, a sweet pair of Umbro shorts also with bunchy socks of course.
Why was this ever cool??? What were we thinking??

I am glad that I am not the only one that is completely obsessed with them all over again.
I mean I can't stop listening to their new CD and I love the new songs!
I mean I want everything New Kids. I want to get their old VHS that are now on DVD its crazy. It's all I think about and I am 30 years old!!
How insane but you know what with how our world is today, its nice to go back and feel young again when you really didnt' have any worries.
When I watched the VHI special I was dying laughing at the clothing choices.

Oh, oh, and not to mention Joe in his eyeliner!!!
We had GA for the Atlantic City show and we bought tickets that night for the Nov show! (online that is) We LOVED it. The venue only holds 2400 people total!! It's so small so no matter where you are you will see them perfectly! We ended up in the 3rd row for most of it. (started in the fourth row and decided to slowly make our move forward - we ended up in the second row by the end) It was AWESOME!!!!!!! Very close and personal with the band, which is what I like.I mean, I made eye contact with Jordan, smiled and he smiled back. (My inner 14 year old is squealing with delight at the thought) I have two pictures where he's looking directly at me as I took the picture.

The show started at 8pm, we got there at 3pm because we didn't know what to expect. They gave out bracelets and we were numbers 75 and 76. People with bracelets were let in before all GA ticket holders. When they let those of us with bracelets in (they stopped giving them out at a certain time) they didn't do it in numerical order so we ended up being 5th and 6th in line out of all the GA people.
There is a group of VIP tickets and those people get let in before the GA people. But when we got in there were only about 3 rows of people.
We had an absolute BLAST! The show is so HOT. You will LOVE it!!!
Here's a link to my pictures, the very first one shows just how small the venue is!! http://gallery.me.com/smascione#100106

Thanks for the link. We will be going to NJ I think! Your pictures convinced me!! We're going to be coming from NH.....any decently priced hotels in the area? Also, I'm only 5'1...will I still be able to see them?
What was with the sparkly red vest/jacket things they had??
i just keep telling myself that this might be the only tour for them, and that helps justify the fact that overall I am spending like $600.00 on all the shows. Man, that hurts just writing that. But, after seeing how awesome the first one was, I have no regrets about going again. And then again!
I'm only 5'2 and I wore flat sandals because I knew we would be standing for a long time. I could see fine! There was a woman next to me though that was about 6'2. I'm glad I was NEXT to her and not behind her!She was very nice though.
As far as hotels...which night would you be staying over? The night before or the night of the concert?
Shelby
Thanks for the PM!! I'm not sure if we would need one or two nights in a hotel. It's about a 7.5 hr drive....so maybe both nights!
I sent you a PM with some hotel info. I only live about 15-20 minutes from AC. There are plenty of hotels on the way into the city. The casinos are pretty expensive. Sent you some info!!
Shelby
hmm...do you mind sending me the list too? we're about 2 hours from AC and won't want to drive all the way home if we go!![]()
Thanks! it totally does! We usually stay at the Borgata or the Trop but this might have to be a budget trip since we might spend an arm and leg for tickets! Here's what I sent...
Borgata is pretty expensive, the 6th $199, the 7th $359. Trump Marina is close by and is cheaper, ranging from $134-$374 per night depending on the room. The casinos will be expensive.
There's a Ramada in West Atlantic City which says the rooms start at $35 a night.
Hope that helps you a bit! There are certainly other places too, this gives you a range though. The casinos won't be cheap that's for sure. You can find some cheaper ones in the city and just outside (W. Atlantic City).

That's also teacher convention that weekend IN AC....so it's going to be crowded. Book soon!
How is the Ramada? Have you stayed there?![]()
