Disembarking?

Just checking,

Having done a search here, and reading passporter already:

Looks like you can leave the ship at any time for disembarkment? (We have late seating,) And are off to WDW for the rest of our vacation, so really not planning on big breakfast on ship etc.. if we don't have to. Would like to just leave at will. Is this OK?

As long as the ship has officially cleared customs you can get off. This is usually around 8:00 ish. You won't have to wait for your particular group of staterooms to be called. Our first cruise, we ate at Topsiders, left as soon as we cleared customs, had a bit of a wait at Hertz, and were in the Magic Kingdom by 11ish.

You can "leave at will" up to a point .. they won't let you hand around on the ship for the next cruise or until Noon .. I think they want everyone off by 9am or so.

For my cruise, I have late dining ressy so I checked w/ DCL last nite as to at what time we'll be done w/ b'fast & the lady informed me that we're schduled for 8am b'fast & that we should be done around 9am. I needed to know b/c I have to schedule my towncar pick up & didn't want to make it too early or too late. We're heading back home anyway...
