My wife and I are doing a 4 nt Dream cruise in late March. Following the cruise, we're driving straight from the Port to the Yacht Club for one night. I made a lunch res at the YC for 11:45 a.m. I know it takes about 1 hr (maybe a few mins more depending on traffic) to get from Port to Disney. We have the late dining time so would prob do the MDR breakfast on disembarkation day, though we won't be dilly-dallying.

Will be be fine with that 11:45 am res? I know they get you moving off the ship pretty quick. I mean we can always try and bump it if we run late that morning, but just curious.

You could also have breakfast in Cabanas instead of the MDR and so could eat a little earlier.

Either way, unless something extraordinary happens on your route, I would be comfortable with an 11:45 reservation since you are driving yourself.

Reports have been very spotty/inconsistent on which sailings Cabanas has been open for breakfast that morning. On my December-Magic-Miami, it was not.

If you want to do MDR breakfast, you can talk to your dining room head server and ask about going to the early seating. They've been able to switch us everytime we needed to. Or go to Cabanas.

Maybe Cabanas is the way to go. Honestly given we have a lunch res, followed by a beaches N cream res, followed by a dinner res that day, maybe we'll just skip breakfast altogether that morning haha.

Do they do room service on that final night? I've heard a breakfast "hack" by some people was to get a couple of RS items the night before, including a carafe of coffee (apparently it stays warm?), to have for a quicky bfast in the morning.

I believe room service closes at midnight. Yes, I've read that the coffee carafe keeps it hot (enough).

Good to know. Maybe we'll just do the room service thing and have a light bite in the morning, or just swing by a starbucks when we're off the ship. Thinking more on it I think we're gonna have PLENTY of food in our future that day haha.

We had early breakfast and were off the ship and sitting at the Navy Exchange at the airport at 8:35 yesterday. So even with 2nd seating you should be at WDW by 11 with no problem.

If you have a beaches and cream and dinner ADR already, I'd do breakfast in the MDR,and then just grab some little thing from quick service at the yacht club if you're hungry before your beaches and cream reservation, no need for another sit down meal.
