Approximately how long does the disembarkation breakfast take in the MDR, if you have 2nd seating for dinner?

30 minutes is plenty of time for it. They're motivated to get you out of there quickly. You can also linger if you want, but 30 minutes is enough time to order & eat if you're not slowing it down with lots of table conversation. They take the orders and bring the food out pretty promptly (unlike other MDR meals during the cruise), so it's mostly a matter of how long you choose to spend eating.

To be honest we found this breakfast it’s kind of hectic and done at a fast pace. I mean they want you off the boat. It’s not like the dinners done at a leisurely manner. I mean they’re not really rushing you to scarf your food down but for me the atmosphere is depressingly different. If you worried about being stuck there forever it’s not the case. I would say 30 minutes to an hour you’re out of there if you want to be

30 minutes to an hour??? They are bringing a pastry tray around about 2 minutes after you sit down, your food is out in 10 minutes. You couldn't spend an hour there even if you wanted to.
I know we were there more than 30 min. We like to drag it out. My mom can’t eat fast.

I agree that an hour would be hard to spend at debarkation breakfast, especially second seating. I spent about 30 minutes at mine last month, and even I felt a bit uncomfortable, like they were hoping I would finish up & leave. Not in a mean or obvious way, but they kept walking by and politely glancing at me, were just a little bit too attentive. I ignored that & focused on enjoying my last meal onboard, which was hard to do with frequent blaring announcements about luggage tags & canned goodbye messages from characters.

My breakfast was at 8:20, and a full hour after that would be 9:20, at which time the servers would likely be borderline frantic to get every last guest out of there so they could really begin turning things over for the new guests who would begin boarding in just a few hours.

Sure you can! I usually take the final breakfast as an opportunity to talk to my servers and have some fun. They seem to like talking during breakfast when they only have one table to deal with. Sometimes, I'm ready to go, but they still have stories to tell. It's quite a lot of fun!
