Miner's lung disease.
It was one of my spelling words in fifth grade.
I can spell it right off the top of my head.
And I can pronounce it =D.

But actually, it's spelled like this:

pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoeconiosis

Wanna know my other spelling word that week? It was syzygy. Pronounced like sis-ih-gey. Some alignment of the planets or something.
