Discovery Cove Wetsuit Sizes

I am considering a trip to Discovery Cove but I noticed that the wetsuit sizes only go up to 18XL. I am size 18 so I assume 18XL will fit me but it certainly won’t fit DH if that is the largest that they go. If that’s the case, I won’t even bother researching the park since he won’t be able to fit in the wetsuit. How do the sizes run for pooh sized people?

I was worried about the same thing before I went the first time but don't worry! A size 18XL in the vests and suits are bigger than a size 18 in regular clothes. I was way bigger than a 18 in regular clothes and didn't come close to the 18XL. Also keep in mind that you don't have to wear a wetsuit, you can simply wear the vest (which is a lot easier to get off and on).

My DH is 6' 4" and 300 lbs (won't he LOVE me for telling you that? ). He has no problems fitting into the DC wetsuits and vests, and on our visits there have been plenty of sizes even larger than he requires. DC is very much set up to accommodate virtually every guest.
