Hi

I am still in two minds whether I should purchase 2 swimming option DC packages, but if I were to buy, where should I buy them from? I'm from the UK and when I went on to DC website, it only allows people from the US to purchase.
I'm still unsure as it is a lot of money and my fiance isn't to jazzed about swimming with rays or brightly colored fish (his words) he is a bit 'ickified' about things in the water but thinks he'll give it a go. We had intended to buy the 5 park flex ticket as we want to go to Seaworld and Universal, not bothered about Wet and Wild. So if I do go ahead and buy DC tickets it will mean purchasing seperate Universal tickets, wondering if it will work out really, really expensive:sad2:

Not sure why you can't book direct - DC usually takes UK credit cards :)

You may find it cheaper to book with orlando ticket deals - even with the current exchange rate (high season rate with OTD is currently £139)

It's just when it comes up asking for your address, there is no option other than the US:confused3 , which is worrying as they would have to post the tickets out to me.

When you get to the 'sign up# page - just click on international instead of USA

And, if you also want to do Universal, go to their web site and you can get 7 day passes for $85 US - can only do on the web, not on site. Your DC passes will let you go to Sea World too and you can do it before or after you go to DC.

At DC, your fiance can relax on the beaches; swim in the non-fishy pool; go to the bird houses (great fun and they give you food to feed them); and do the tropical river swim. Plus, all food and drink are included and the food is quite good. You can get breakfast and lunch there plus all your snacks.

With the $85 pass to Universal and getting the 7 day SW pass with a DC pass, it really isn't that expensive.

Thanks for your reply, I feel so stupid now, I didn't even notice that international icon, I was at work and just went for a quick look (well that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!);)

The universal tickets, wow, what a great deal, I will have to work out how much it will all cost but I don't think it will be that much more than with the flex tickets!

Well, and there ARE no tickets so there's nothing they'd have to mail to you. You just have to show ID when you check in.

They do mail a confirmation you are supposed to bring with you - definitely used it to pick up Sea World tickets before we went to DC.

Ours was sent via email though, not regular mail. I had forgotten we'd need it to get into sea world, but when we got to sea world they just looked it up on the computer, no confirmation number needed.

If I can get the 20% discount code, where is best place to make reservation for next week??/

should I just use the DC website, call their agent or use some other travel site to purchase??

thanks for the insight
