Discovery Cove reservation with Seaworld ticket help

We have booked a day at Discovery Cove, which includes the 14 day Seaworld ticket.

I'm a bit confused about when I can begin using the Seaworld pass. It says on the 'EZ ticket' that "Passes must be used consecutively with your Discovery Cove visit - either before, after, or a combination of both."

Our day for Discovery Cove is August 4th. Does that mean the earliest we can go to Seaworld is August 3rd? We had originally planned to go on August 1st. It's not a problem to swap it, if we'd need to, I just don't want to get all the way to Seaworld to be told my ticket isn't valid yet.

You can use the Sea World pass for 14 days in a row - either before, after, or before and after your Discovery Cove visit. From the first time you use the pass, you can return for 14 days, so really you could first use the pass up to 14 days before Discovery Cove.

You're welcome! I'm so excited that we can pop into Sea World or Aquatica for a few hours at the end of a day if we want. Now I just need more vacation days!!
